THE HESS COLLECTION WINE DINNER – 6:30-9:30.
Curated by Paul Winberry, Jr. Executive Chef at Trama’s One Willow. Paul worked as a commercial lender by day, but at night followed his true passion and trained at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. After his initial kitchen job, he moved to California and trained under Douglas Keane, chef/owner of Cyrus, the only two star Michelin restaurant in Sonoma County where he rose to Sous Chef. Winberrie and Keane competed in TV’s Top Chef Masters and won the competition. When Cyrus closed he moved back East to work with Chef Dan Barber at the acclaimed Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, NY. From there he opened the Beach Tavern in Monmouth Beach and most recently opened Trama’s at One Willow in the Highlands.

The Hess Collection is one of the premier family-owned and family-led companies in Napa Valley. Hess Cabernet and Chardonnay wines are consistently rated in the 90’s by the wine press.

3rd Course – Petit Filet and Roasted Bronzino – Pomme puree, creamed spinach

A TASTING: GLORIOUS PIEDMONT – 2:00pm-2:45pm.
Hosted by Cynthia Murray – Spring Lake  Bottle Shop – 2nd Generation Wine Merchants. We’ll explore the great wines of the Piedmont region of Italy and pair them with some wonderful cheeses. We’ll be tasting Sottimano Nebbiolo, Gavi La Scolca, Voghera Basarin Barbaresco and 2012 Barolo Mascarello Monprivato. TICKETS
THE ART OF PIE MAKING – 3:00pm-3:45pm.
Hosted by Sugar Specialty Bake Shop – Brielle. Now you can make spectacular pies at home when you learn the secrets of great pie making from one of the best in the area. You’ll also taste a delicious apple pie that we will pair with  2016 Chateau des Jacques Morgan and a wonderful pecan pie that we will pair with a Cantine Florio Fine Marsala Dry. TICKETS
A TASTING: SANCERRE – The Ultimate French Sauvignon Blanc.  4:00pm-4:45pm
